How to return an item

Four simple steps from complaint to refund.

Raise a request within 7 days

Go to Orders → your order → "Report a problem". Upload clear photos of the item and describe the issue.

Seller review (48 hours)

The seller has 48 hours to respond and either accept the return or dispute it. We mediate if no agreement is reached.

Return the item

If approved, package the item securely and ship it back using the prepaid label we provide (where applicable).

Refund issued

Once the seller confirms receipt, your refund is released within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Item not as described

Condition, colour, model, or specifications are materially different from the listing.

Item arrived damaged

Visibly damaged or broken during transit — supported by photos taken at delivery.

Item never arrived

Tracking shows delivered but no item received, or package shows clear tampering.

Wrong item sent

A completely different item from what was ordered was delivered.

Not eligible for return

  • Change of mind after receiving the item
  • Minor cosmetic differences not visible in listing photos
  • Items listed explicitly as "non-returnable" by the seller
  • Damage caused by the buyer after delivery
  • Items that have been used after the reported issue
  • Return requests raised after the 7-day window has closed
