Bechmaaro is a C2C platform — most shipping is arranged directly between buyer and seller.

Most commonThe seller arranges their own courier (DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) and shares the tracking link with you via chat. Delivery times vary by seller location.

Who pays for shipping?
Shipping cost is negotiated between buyer and seller. Most listings display whether shipping is included or charged separately. Always check the listing before ordering.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once the seller ships, they are required to upload a tracking number in the app. You will receive a notification and can track from Orders → your order.
What if my item is damaged in transit?
Take clear photos immediately and raise a return request within 7 days via Orders → Report a problem. Transit damage is covered under our buyer protection policy.
Do sellers ship to all pincodes?
Most sellers ship PAN India, but some restrict to their state or region due to courier limitations. This is visible on the listing page.
How does escrow affect shipping?
Payment is held in escrow and released to the seller only after you confirm delivery. You have 48 hours after the delivery date to raise a dispute before auto-release.
